The products are damaged due to improper handling or maintenance.

Returned items should be new and never worn. They must be kept in their original condition that you received them.

Cancellation policy

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately produce personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, a 30% fee will be applied to your order.

Refund

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
